This notice explains what MK Window and Door Repairs Ltd (company number 13964766) does with the personal details you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the name, phone number, email address, town or postcode and message you enter. If you text or email us, we receive whatever you send, including photos.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, quote for and carry out work, and keep records of that work. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

Who handles it

Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service acting on our instructions. The website is hosted by Vercel. Neither uses your details for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records of completed work are kept for as long as the law and our accountant require.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing info@mk-repairs.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
